I took a day trip to the Kumbalgarh Fort about 90 km North of Udaipur. I was also going to see the nearby Ranakpur Temple as well but I had the luck of getting food poisoning on a day with a long taxi ride through twisting and bumpy roads, it was not pleasant, but the fort was lovely.
